Operational Policies
1. Delivery Policy
Digital Products
- All digital deliverables (design files, website credentials, photography galleries) are transmitted via secure cloud-based links or encrypted email.
- The Client is responsible for downloading and verifying these files within 30 days of delivery.
Physical Goods
- Local Delivery (Dubai): Delivered via local courier. Risk of loss passes to the Client upon delivery to the specified address.
- International Delivery: Shipped via DHL/FedEx. The Client is the “Importer of Record” and is responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and regulatory fees.
- Free Delivery Policy: Free doorstep delivery is available within Dubai city limits for orders meeting a minimum value threshold (as specified in the service contract).
Supplier Obligations
Under Article 8 of the Consumer Protection Law, suppliers must maintain transparency by displaying comprehensive product and service information, including delivery terms and conditions . Invoices must be issued in Arabic and include the supplier’s trade name, address, type of goods or service, price, quantity, and warranty period .
2. Cancellation Policy
Design Services
- Once the Client provides written or electronic approval of a “Final Draft,” the service is deemed complete.
- Due to the labor-intensive nature of creative work, approved designs are non-refundable.
- Projects cancelled after the deposit is paid but before any work has begun may be eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative processing fees.
Consumer Rights
Under Article 9 of the Consumer Protection Law, suppliers must establish and communicate clear policies regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations .
3. Exchange Policy
Physical Apparel
- Exchanges for apparel are permitted within 7 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags/seals intact.
- We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item shows signs of wear or damage.
- Custom-designed or personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
Design Services
- We provide multiple revision rounds (as defined in the project contract) to ensure the final output meets your expectations.
- Once the final draft is approved, the service is considered complete and non-refundable.
Supplier Obligations
Under Article 9 of the Consumer Protection Law, suppliers must establish and communicate clear policies regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations .
4. Warranty Policy
Web Services
- We provide a technical maintenance period of 6 to 12 months (as specified in your contract) from the website launch date.
- This warranty covers:
- Correction of bugs or coding errors
- Critical security patches
- Compatibility maintenance for major browser updates
Creative Works
- We warrant that all Creative Works are original.
- Upon final payment, full copyright is transferred to the Client.
- We maintain an archive of high-resolution source files for a minimum of 24 months as a courtesy backup for the Client.
Warranty Documentation
Under Article 11 of the Consumer Protection Law and Cabinet Decision No. 66/2023, suppliers are required to provide consumers with warranty documentation. The warranty document must include: name and particulars of the supplier, date of purchase, warranty period, name/model/serial number of the commodity, exclusions from warranty (if any), and other contract particulars . Failure to provide a warranty document carries a fine of AED 100,000 .
Limitations
- This warranty does not cover issues caused by third-party plugins, server environments, or client-side modifications.
- Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper use are not covered.
5. Privacy Policy (Client & Commercial Data Protection)
Legal Compliance
This Privacy Policy is established in accordance with:
- UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) – a comprehensive framework for safeguarding personal data in the UAE
- Federal Law No. 15/2020 on Consumer Protection, Article 7 – which stipulates that personal data collected from consumers must be protected and not used for unauthorized marketing purposes
- Law No. 5 of 2023 Establishing the Dubai Corporation for Consumer Protection and Fair Trade – which mandates the protection of Consumer Personal Data and prohibits its unauthorised use for commercial or promotional purposes without prior consent
5.1 Data Collection & Use
- We collect personal information (name, phone number, email address, delivery address) solely for project communication, order processing, and service delivery.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit prior consent .
- Client portfolios are only showcased upon written consent.
5.2 Data Security
- We employ industry-standard encryption technology and strict internal protocols to protect your transaction and personal data.
- Controllers are mandated by the PDPL to apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption and pseudonymization, to ensure data protection .
5.3 Your Rights Under UAE Law
Under the PDPL, you have the following rights regarding your personal data :
- Right to Obtain Information – to know how your data is processed
- Right to Correction or Erasure – to request correction or deletion of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to Restrict Processing – to request restriction of data processing
- Right to Stop Processing – to object to and stop the processing of your data, particularly for direct marketing purposes
- Right to Request Personal Data Transfer – to request transfer of your personal data

5.4 Telemarketing Compliance
We comply with Cabinet Resolution No. 56 of 2024 concerning telemarketing regulations, which:
- Restrict marketing calls to between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Require companies to respect the Do Not Call Registry (DNCR) managed by TDRA
- Prohibit contacting consumers listed on the DNCR; violations carry fines of up to AED 150,000 for repeat offenses
5.5 Website Cookies & Embedded Content
- When you visit our website, cookies may be used to enhance your browsing experience and analyze traffic patterns.
- Our site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images) from third-party platforms. These external websites may collect data about you and use their own cookies. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies separately.
5.6 Data Retention
- Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely to recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically.
- For registered users, personal information provided in user profiles is stored. Users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
- You may request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, or request erasure of personal data we hold, subject to administrative, legal, or security obligations.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service or product in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and are subject to the regulatory framework of the Dubai Corporation for Consumer Protection and Fair Trade (DCCPFT) and the Dubai Development Authority (DDA) .
